What’s been happening:

Hello to all of my Penn State friends. Life is terrific in Orlando, Florida. My very unexpected career has taken me to Africa, Siberia, and the CIA, all to help companies improve employee retention and keep their best workers. And I've worked with GE, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, and other US companies, too. All of this work has culminated in "Rethinking Retention in Good Times and Bad", my book which will be published this fall.
